Inside the program
AI Management Simulator
Practise the hard conversation before you have to have it.
Three live simulations where you talk to a person who pushes back the way a real one would. Nobody real gets hurt while you work out how to say it.
Your report · 1:1
How it works
You type, it answers in character, and it does not make it easy for you.
You get a situation
A specific person with a specific problem, and enough context that you know what is at stake before you open your mouth.
You have the conversation
Written, in real time. It pushes back, deflects, gets defensive, the way the actual person would.
You get a debrief
A written read on what you did well, what you avoided, and the line you should have said instead.
The three scenarios
Each one maps to the week of the program where it lands.
The Boxed-In Boss
Your own manager wants more than your team can give. Week 8, after the delegation work, when holding a line is the skill being tested.
The Defensive Star
Your strongest engineer, who does not want to hear the feedback. Week 10, the week about the traps.
The Coaster
An engineer who has quietly stopped trying. Week 11, alongside the difficult conversations prep.
You can be bad at it in here.
That is the point. Nothing is recorded against you, nobody sees the transcript, and you can run the same scenario as many times as you like until you find the version that lands.
The simulations come with the program.
Three scenarios, a written debrief on each, and the 90 day route they sit inside.
